It’s true that the bus passes every 45 mins but users also need to be at the bus stop at least 5 - 10 mins before its arrival. Also, the ticket is quite cheap compared to other countries. We have been quite fortunate to visit Hoi An, Lady Buddha, Marble Mountain, City Tour and our airport transfer with a 48 hour best thing is to get the Coco Bus time table of the 3 routes, available upon demand from your hotel or ticket seller. The bus is very clean and staff very courteous and welcoming. Once you step in, the bus staff will ask you for your destination and will inform you once you’ve reached it. We happily rode along the beach and got to Coco beach where we were told to get off and wait for another 45 minutes for another bus...onto the next bus which took us to the airport where we were again told to get off and wait for another bus......on the last and final bus we stayed on and had a halfway decent tour up to the Buddha etc until we were ready to get off at the Danang Museum. We got on opposite the Tourist Information Centre on Bach Dang helpful lady there showed us where to wait. You have to wave to the bus to get it to stop, and, yes most stops aren't clearly marked, and they ask you where you'd like to get off, but you can ask for a printed map and timetable. We were fortunate that the 'hosts and hostesses' we encountered spoke english.
